On the 18/10/2013 I ordered a temperature sensor for a Mazda Drifter 2.6 my quote no was 10117. I paid R550.00 with delivery inclusive. A wrong part was delivered via speed service. I informed my sales person (Mr Ebrahom) about the wrong part. We then had an agreement that I return it and ll get my money back. I normally contacted him on WhatsApp where we made all the agreements. He told me to wait for the 20th November 2013. Convinced me that refunds are made on the 20th of each month. I called on the 21st and he told me to be patient with him. Till now I have not heard from him. My whatsApp text is ignored now.
