I took in my car for a service on the 1st of August 2013 and I had a warranty covered fault with my boot, which doesn't close or open anymore, I was told that they needed a part which they didn't have in stock to fix it and it would take just 2 business working days for them to get the part and they would call me to bring in my car. I have called them twice already to find out why they haven't contacted me yet, I was told that they hadn't received the part. The least I expected was that they called me to inform me of any issues that they may be encountering causing the late delivery, or rather find out if other Fords had the part. Having a boot which us not working is a big inconvenience.
