My vehicle was taken to a panelbeater and I needed to have the engine wiring harness replaced. My part was ordered on the 14th January and on the 27th Jan i was told by the panelbeater that the supplier (VW Mc Dulings) said it would take another 10 working days for the part to be delivered. I callled the Audi call center to complain that it would take so long and demanded an explanation. I called them back today and the lady explained to me that the part was ordered on the 14th Jan but that in Germany the part was ordered incorrectly and that is why I have to wait another 10 working days. No apology for the mistake and inconvenience nothing! Audi does not care about their customers and I am glad this happened to me now as I was in the process of getting a new car. Just in my office alone 4 people have service complaints about Audi and how they don't care about customers. Lets hope my part will arrive some day so I can sell the d@mn thing!
