On 2013/06/13 I ordered and paid for a washing machine part from Cape Town Electronics "the official sercive agent for LG" I was told that the part would be delivered in one week from purchace date. Its now more than a month and still no part. Iv tried calling and emailing the company, but nobody anwers or replies. Iv spent so far R300 a week on laundry services. I might as well just buy me a new machine. It is unacceptable that there is no customer service yo inform me as to what is happening.
