On Saturday 30 November 2013 I was in need of a tow truck and Outsurance recommended A1 assist.

After 22 phone calls Bennie (tow truck driver) from A1 Assist arrived to help me.
Bennie assisted me by forcing my vehicle through a 40cm brick wall thus causing his trucks cable to break. He used brutal force, I looked astonished as this inflicted considerable damage to my vehicle. After struggling and using force.

Bennie (tow truck driver) said that he is going to leave as he needed to repair the hinge and that he will return by around 17h00.
He returned at 17h20 - he then again tried, being impatient, using force as previously, again inflicting more damage. The cable broke again, he was embarrassed and mumbled that another towing company will come to assist with my problem.
Bystanders was shocked and horrified by the service that I received. Threating to change the insurance company as this was unacceptable.
Oom Vic from Absolute Towing arrived to assist. He gently lifted the vehicle and explained step by step what he is doing. He did all this without damaging my vehicle. Friday 6, i went to chamdor, widows were left open to elements, who opened them?
