Bad customer service from Epson Motors in Nigel

I bought a pre-owned Micra Nissan through financed by Wesbank on the 24th January 2013 from Epson Motors with no headrest in the car and no history book, and i was promised headrest in 2 days after the purchase and that did not happen until today, in May 2013 i took the vehicle to Dekra AA, the vehicle has been involved a car accident (which i was never told and to me its a) and there is no airbag (which put my life in danger), the vehicle is damaged so many things are not working in the car and I personally took the Dekra Report to the car dealer, and Ashraf's boss said i quote "what do you expect from the pre-owned vehicle please stop wasting my time" those words were not proper for the client lodging a complaint and worse I was never told that the car is damaged but it was sold to me for R80 000.00 which is not fair, i lodged a complaint with the bank and they told me that they are not involved, the car problem is between myself and the dealer. The dealer does not want to attend to my complain instead they giving me a bad attitude. Is this how they treat all their customers who buys a vehicle with them or was it just me? They being helpless and do not care at al m 5thowne
