To Whom it may concern.
We have purchased a Brand new Steed bakkie in February 2013, from your dealer in Fourways. Im sure if you puit in the id no 8007195037087 in your system it will reflect that OUR NEW CAR has been back 3 times because of faulty brakes. I have had enough of the dealer and excuses. The Bakkie is still faulty and all i get told is excuse after excuse. Firstly the Sean Dealer Principle was fired for (drugs) i got told and he didnt know what he was doing.
2nd excuse when i phoned them to arrange to pick up my car anmd replace it with a loan car (seeing that it was their problem) i was told we no longer borrow cars out to people.
3d excuse was the brakes has been fixed blah blah blah. But its such a lie. Now i would like someone to take action with this and get back to us. I have been on holiday for two weeks and would like to inform you that we had No brakes twice. And the Bakkie Shutters everytime you brake. I dont see how we can pay so much money for something Faulty that is suppose to be Brand new. I will Take this to the paper and i will report the dealer for selling Rubbish to me.
I want someone to get back to me ASAP.
