An important document was sent to the UNISARAND post office. The document firstly arrived late, and then was simply put into the internal UNISA postal system.

The parcel was therefore NOT signed for. I want proof that this parcel was signed for with the recipient's ID number. If not, I expect a full refund.

This is totally irresponsible / unacceptable service.
