Dear Fedex/Supaswift,
Today when tracking a parcel on the Fedex website I noticed that according to the online tracking system it was already delivered and signed for by a person called Karlien last week Thursday. This is a complete surprise since the parcel was not delivered to my address and I don't have any knowledge of a person called Karlien that could have signed for the parcel.
Is it possible that it was delivered to the wrong address? I would like Fedex to investigate the matter and retrieve the parcel. There is/was no valuables in the parcel, so is unlikely, but the contents are still important to my company, because it contains samples used in product research.
