I had my two vehicles serviced (major services) at Car Service City, Brakpan, one day apart. The one vehicle Opel Corsa refused to start three days after the service and I had to get it towed in. This happened on a Saturday and due to no emergency number available the vehicle had to stand the weekend. Contacting the branch on Monday morning they came out to have a look. The plugs looked suspicious as one plug's head looked new but the other three looked dull. When the Car Service City Technician removed the plugs, the gaps were all different. The oil filter was so loose that I could spin it with my two fingers. They towed the vehicle back to the workshop. It is now starting since but is leaking oil.
The other vehicle (Chev Optra) I requested to replace a water hose. They had to order one and was not available on the day of the service. (Understandable). We made arrangement to get it replaced when it the hose is available. I took the vehicle back today for the replacement. The available staff could not find the hose as they scratch through draws and boxes. The boss not available to assist. With every return I had to travel 30 km return trip with two vehicles. Poor, poor service.
