Aramex Customer confidence in Kalahari falls

I purchased on line from Kalahari where one day delivery is promised. It took 5 phone calls to get through to Aramex. Algene assisted however operations have killed all the good work she puts into customer service.

I waited at my one hour for a call that operations were to make back then called in again and asked to be put through to operation who did not bother answering they just dropped the call. I called back and was again as sited by Algene and Devaan who have tried to rescue the situation.

Kalahari should be concerned as this is making me think twice about purchasing on-line from companies that do not deliver on their promises. If you say you will call a customer do that.
