I ordered a DSTV walka & a DVD - Delivery 2 working days (1 Oct) but only getting it today (4 Oct) after phoning & shouting - Note I still havent received it ..
I was told that some system error took place - Someone apparently put my order on hold for no reason (which I think is a because when I phoned on 1 Oct I was told that the system is being upgraged)
I was promised by Fadwa Abrahams that the manager of Kalahari would phone me (The manager is Ashlene ) & Sheneez also promised that she will phone me.
Guess what... I am still waiting for Kalahari to phone me.
I followed-up with Aramex myself, no thanks to Kalahari.
Im a regular client & although Kalahari has enough clients to not worry about 1 complaint .. I would like to know how Kalahari is planning on compensating me for the stress they caused me.
