I bought a Canon 1100D SLR camera and Lens totalling R5400 from [URL Removed] yesterday (Order #1000458952). They promised me 24 hour delivery... In the mean time while phoning their helpless/clueless call centre I was advised that Aramex the courier company is on strike (nobody told me this) I urgently needed my stuff that I paid for by today. Now nor Kalahari nor Aramex know where my parcel is, is this not absurd. I was advised this morning at 08:00 that FedEx was appointed as the courier and was promised an update, at 12:00 I phoned again and now it is with Aramex again... NOBODY KNOWS WHAT IS HAPPENING. is really a company that you want to do business with. I paid a lot of money for this and nobody can tell me where my stuff is.
