I pre-ordered the GTA V video game a few months back from Kalahari. The website promised that stock would be delivered on the day of the games release, which is today, 17/09/2013. I have since spoken to numerous call center agents, all of whom have given me different stories regarding my delivery. I was told to contact Aramex, the courier company. Aramex told me that I would only receive my package within 3-4 days because Kalahari chose an econo option and that there is nothing they could do. Had I been informed of this before pre-ordering i would have not made the purchace, and bought the game at a retail store instead. Really when you've paid for something and promised a delivery, then being made an and told to wait because everyone is to useless to do anything about it. I had 6 more games i was gonna buy from Kalahari before the end of October, but now, I wont, I would rather go to a retail store, pay R80 more and not have to put up with all the BS.
