We purchased a motor vehicle from the Nelspriut branch at the end of May 2013 and have received Pathetic service from the initial sale through to the after sales. The motor vehicle has been back 3 times and still has the initial faults we made mention of at time of the sale. We are still waiting for parts that have been ordered so that the work can be done. What an absolute Joke.
Interesting to find so many people complaining about the service levels of this specific branch.
In my opinion, Imperial Select Nelspriut is well below the service levels a National brand offers, and shudder to know our motor vehicle has to return to them as they are the only branch in Nelspriut.
