I took my car in for a service. The person who did the service, broke my ABS sensor whilst doing the service. Ali, the (completely incompetent) manager said he would replace the part but that was the last I heard from him. I called them numerous times during a 2 month time period to get the part replaced and on 9 separate occasions they told me "we have ordered the part, bring your car in on X date". When X date came, they didn't have the part. I took my car to their premises only to be turned away 9 times. After 2 months, Eventually I took the car in for the part to be fixed, Only to find, they STILL have not replaced the part, but rather stuck a little black sticker over the light on my dashboard that says the ABS sensor is broken. I dealt with a Eunice, a grant and an Ali. They were all equally useless and I am STILL awaiting a reply to my email to the manager.
