I have never seen such inefficiency!! This is the 7th day since I took in my car for service and my service advisor is still trying to talk to GMSA warranty department - something I was able to do in 1 minute, she couldn't finish in 7 days!!!
I have now requested to pay for my car while they sort out internal issues but I have been waiting for 2 hours now to get a car that has been with the dealership for 7 days!!!
I really have no words to describe the kind of service I received here... but it is really annoying!!!
