Computers offline for a week now

Pathetic to say the least. My vehicle has been parked off at Barloworld centurion from 1 July. It was reprogrammed 3 times and GMSA tech support was out 3 times. I was told all sorts of excuses for the delay... GMSA tech support delays, auto electrician delays, management leaving work etc. The latest one is that the server is offline for 5 days now. The manager (Eugene) working on my car even left the service. As a result my car not getting the attention it needs. Now the PCs are offline for 5 days. Where is the problem... is it Barloworld or GMSA.How are you servicing cars in the last 5 days if the diagnostic and programming machines are offline. A huge mistake to deal with Barloworld and GMSA. 6 weeks to diagnose a car... that's a joke. I have tweeted about GMSA's poor service and lack of technical abilities. You are next on my list. People should stick to reputable brands like Mccarthy. The public should know that Barloworld cant fix cars and tier computers. Ridiculous
