No response with regards to medical aid transfe

Good Day,

I have been trying to get my medical aid reactivated for the past 3 days. I was requested to complete a form called 'Application to Transfer an Existing Member to an Employer Group' which i did. My HR them submitted it to a lady by the name of Lindiwe Sengoale at Discovery, this was on the 9th of Jan 2013. She then advised that the administration department will send me confirmation, which i still have not received. I requested Lindiwe to send me a contact for the admin department, which she then advised that the admin department do not take calls, so she will follow up with them and let me know. Till today I have not received any feedback from Lindiwe or from the admin department.
How long does it take just to re activate an existing membership??? I have been waiting for more than 48hrs for this to be done.
If there is outstanding information on my form or if the is any sort of problem with my membership, surely I should have been informed by now.
I am pregnant and sitting with no medical aid! Very frustrating and stressfull.
I am very disappointed in Discovery's inefficiency and lack of communication in this regard.

CAN I GET MY MEDICAL AID REACTIVATED ALREADY!!!
