Poor Service

In 2009 i bought a brand new Opel Corsa Opc and took a couple of extras for peace of mind. Which included the following; Extended Warranty for two years with SA Warranties and an extended 2 year/ 60000 Service Plan which will only be effective after the maufacturers warranty and service plan expire. The salesperson who assited with the deal was Zack Semenya (011 383 5600) and the Business Manager who concluded the deal was Feroza Sayed (011 383 5600). The vehicle was sold with a 5 year/100 000 warranty and service plan of which i have all the documents. I was on holiday now over the festive season and the vehicle's engine mounting broke and we took the vehilce to N1 City Reeds Cape Town to be fixed. The Service Advisor at N1 City informed us that the vehicle is not within warranty and that we need to pay cash for the vehicle to be repaired. I immediately phoned the sales person and business Manager who sold me the vehicle and they said they will resolve the issue with the dealership and GMSA concerning the warranty. My vehicle is currently at GM Imperial Germiston, its almost been there now for two weeks of which i havent received any feedback from a Service Advisor or DP.
