I had my vehicle taken in to Jsn motors bmw on Friday due to it not being able to start. I have since had to call the dealer to fin out about my vehicle which is ready to be repaired but due to internal procedures to make claims to other dealers the vehicle hasn't been worked on although covered by motorplan. BMW call canter doesn't not reply nor can they assist in anyway. They said I should just wait whilst I'm without a vehicle due to bmw s internal. Inefficiency. No one at BMW can help nor respond BMW internal problems is not my problem I need my vehicle and they cannot provide. Nor can they loan a vehicle
