I first used CollegeSA last year and with the first course, it went really well thanks to Nicola.
HOWEVER, with the second course I waiting nearly a week and a half for my study material when I was told it would take 3 days since I live nearby. I then requested for a CD which took almost a month to receive and wasted airtime on all the follow up calls I had to make. I have received it now but now I have been waiting for my certificate for MS Project 2010 for nearly a month. To top that, my mother keeps requesting statements and still has not received any even though it was promised.
With my new course, I have been given an incompetent student advisor who never calls me back when he says he will and never follows through with my requests. I understand that he is new, but his inefficiency has made me angry, disappointed and frustrated with CollegeSA.
They are busy souring my relationship with them.
