I pulled into the petrol station on Tuesday evening 5 March 2013 at about 23h00pm. Upon arriving there were 3 attendants sitting on chairs outside of there little room, i parked at pump 5 and waited for about 30 seconds before i got out the car as nobody came to the car, even though there was only 1 other vehicle there. Then 1 of the guys sitting there shouted at an attendant that was inside the shop to come and attend to me, none of those guys sitting moved. I then asked the attendant assisting me why those guys didn't come and help me and he said that this happens daily, and the guy that shouted at him was the head of the attendants and he has to follow instructions. Subsequently all those guys sitting was white and the guy helping me was black. I then requested to pay by card and the lady inside the store requested me to come and pay inside and infront of me shouted at the attendant and said that under no circumstances can that machine leave the store. Immediately after my sale was concluded a white attendant walks in and asks for the same machine and he was allowed to take it to that client parked 2 pumps away from me.
I would like to no why i was treated in that way??
