On Saturday 27 July 2013 I took in my vehicle for a towbar installation. The towbar kid provided to Thomas Tyres by the towbar company did not have all the necessary parts in the box. I was going on leave on 29 July and urgently needed the towbar. Thomas Tyres Vereeniging went the extra mile to make a plan and phoned me before 12hoo on Saturday to collect my vehicle. They did not let the unsifficiency of a service provider stand in their way to help me. I am still not sure what they've done to assist, but are sure that they were running around to make plans.
You do not get service like this any more and I will go back to them anytime.
