I bought a 2012 Kia Sorento from Imperial Select in Randburg in October 2012. The anti-smash and grab was installed incorrectly. After a few back and forths with the salesman (not with the company any longer) and then the installers, I eventually got in touch with Ian Marsh, Dealer-Principal for this branch. Ian took control and asked that I drop the car off with him at my earliest convenience. He provided a loan car for the day and when i collected my car in the evening, all the problems were corrected and the car is now 100%. Ian was apologetic and helpful throughout and ensured I was completed happy with everything. Well Done to Ian Marsh and his team!
