On Monday 15 July 2013 I walked into Hyundai Brits and saw the ideal car for my daughter! It was a used Chevy Spark 2008 model. I stated my interest and we did a pre-finance request, which was accepted! I told the salespeople that I'm going for a big neck operation that Saturday and would like to get everything done. I went for a test drive the Tuesday and took my husband for the final signing of documents the Wednesday! I was told the car is ready to go, but the registration still outstanding. I was promised it will be sorted out as soon as possible as the municipality is off-line as usual. The car's licence disc decayed and my husband went there. They promised everything will be sorted out on Monday the 29th (yesterday), but we heard nothing from nobody! And my daughter is hiking to work and back while the car is in our garage, because we can't help her with a unlicenced vehicle! Help, please!! I am recovering from a neck operation and can not go into town myself!?
