WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE EVER

My son bought a car at Hyundai The Glen early December 2012. After endless drama with fixing and signing the contract, and my sons id that got lost in between etc., we still dont have a licence disc and R700 that he had to pay for repairs to the car only 3 days after he got the car. Bear in mind that you are charged around R3300 for a so called "vehicle inspection/roadworthy/licence etc" fee. Also, my son works and stay in Pretoria. Petrol doesnt come cheap and neither does time off from work. I must just add that they have borrowed him a car until the id problem was sorted which we do appreciate. But now it is almost 3 months later and the licence disc that was promised would have been delivered to his office before Christmas, is still not delivered. The Salesman was off because he became a father and then he was off sick again. At the end, my son was told to come and collect the disc himself. They do not respond to calls or emails. I also still have the sms where Cheanne, the Second Hand Sales Manageress promised that a cheque for R700 was ready to be deposited. What now? This is besides all the drama from we had from the start.
