HYUNDAI WITBANK WON'T GIVE ME MY CAR REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

ON THE 23 APRIL 2013 I WENT TO HYUNDAI TO LOOK FOR A NEW CAR. I WANTED TO BUY THE IX35 WITH EXTRA FITTING. THE MANAGER (HENRY) PROMISED ME THAT THE CAR WITH ALL THE FITTING WILL BE AT THE BRANCH ON THURSDAY. ON THE 24 APRIL 2013 THE TRADE IN VALUE FOR MY OLD CAR WAS ARRANGED 9300WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO SETTLE MY OLD CAR.

THURSDAY THE NEW CAR WAS NOT THERE. FRIDAY THE CAR WAS THERE, THE FITTING WAS NOT DONE, PROMISED DELIVERY DATE WAS MONDAY. MONDAY THE CAR WAS STILL NOT READY, NEW DELIVERY DATE WAS TUESDAY. ON TUESDAY, FINALLY I GOT MY CAR. AND THEY TOOK MY OLD CAR AND PROMISED TO SETTLE IT.

NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY LICENSING DISC BECAUSE I DIDN'T PAY THE LAST INSTALLMENT OF MY OLD CAR. WHAT THE K. NOW THEY SAY THEY ONLY PAID THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT THAT WAS EXCLUDING MY LAST INSTALLMENT. WHEREAS THE INITIAL SETTLEMENT LETTER FROM THE BANK INCLUDED EVERYTHING. THE INITIAL SETTLEMENT MONEY ON MY OFFER TO PURCHASE AND THE AMOUNT ON THE DELIVERY DOCUMENTS WAS NOW DIFFERENT AND NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN THAT TO ME. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE MY SALE'S PERSON HAS RESIGNED
