Poor service on new vehicle

I bought a new TATA Super Ace from Allan and Frikkie, Tata Menlyn. The vehicle is loaded with problems. Even though I reported the problems during the first day they are declined to cancel the purchase.

The vehicle has now been in for repairs LONGER THAN 4 weeks! I have had NO FEEDBACK, I phone every single day, and the workshop does not come back to me. This even after a meeting with the workshop manager, Jacques Riekert, who promised to personally keep me up to date but never once returned my calls. The onus apparently is now on the workshop, the salesman doesn't care to assist me any longer.

I understand that the gearbox, instrument cluster, front break callipers, front wheel bearings has already been replaced and this is not even half the problems. Surely this is not what to expect from a new vehicle?? Surely the CPA should allow me to cancel as the vehicle has been in workshop much longer than I've had the pleasure of using it??

I would greatly appreciate assistance as this dealer has my money, on which I am paying interest and repayments, AS WELL AS MY VEHICLE. And there are no indications that I will receive either back soon.

I need this cancelled urgently.
