CCD Courier still havnt delivered after 3 weeks

I have been waiting for 3 and a half weeks for my credit card to be delivered. Its been 3 weeks of non stop call to their call centre to locate my card. Its been in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth every city but Bloemfontein which is where I am. They promise me every week that it will be delivered a certain day of the week! I call them every day! I am so tired of these people I can scream! Do not use their services you will wait months for them to deliver!
