No delivery of online Card application

I have applied for a new Card about two weeks ago now. As per the phone call I requested that my card needed to be delivered to Cape Town. About a week later a lady phoned me telling me that my card would be delivered the next day and asked me where in Joburg it should be delivered.

This was the first sign of incompetency. After explaining that it needed to be delivered to Cape Town I was informed that this would take some time (which I did understand) but I was promised the card no later than Monday and maybe even on Friday. Nobody has phoned me since. After more than two weeks

I'm still waiting and believe that a company should not be advertising a service that they aren't able to deliver. My only other option would be to phone the call center but I'm not prepared to waste my airtime as a result of someone else's incompetency and lack of effort!
