PROBLEMS WITH SUZUKI JIMNY 2013

I bought a brandnew Suzuki Jimny Jeep 2013 from BB Auto, Polokwane in March 2013
The transaction was financed by Wesbank. I have experienced and reported various problems with this vehicle since the first week that it was delivered to me. Within a week, the vehicle went back to BB Auto because of a humming sound in the gearbox/transfer case that could be heard as soon as I've travelled about 5km with the car. The gear-lever was also very loose. I had real and valid concerns about this vehicle right from the start, but I experienced a lot of problems to get feedback and information about what was done to rectify whatever was wrong with this vehicle. I had a lot of difficulty reaching Dirk, the GM at BB Auto, who was mostly unavailable or when he could be reached, had to call the workshop for an update and then failed to call me back as promised. In the end, the Honda workshop manager, where the Jimny was sent for repairs, reported back that the humming was normal in this model and the car will be returned to me, as they could not find anything wrong with it. Upon receiving it back, much to my disgust, it had the same and even more problems! and RED GASKET MAKER on the transfercase!
