So where do I begin; my vehicle was involved in an accident in April 2012. My insurance company (Outsurance) sent my vehicle to Super Body Repairs in Paarden Eiland to have all the repairs seen to and have my car fixed. I received my car back from the workshop, only to have the window in the door that took the impact of the accident, was no longer working. I took it back all the way to the workshop, where they appologised and "fixed the window again". My window then broke again over 2 months ago, so I called the workshop and asked that they please collect my car, fix the problem PROPERLY and return my car. That was 8 weeks ago! Every time they confirm they will collect my car, they cancel with a new excuse - "No Glue" "No Driver" and now my favourite "We are waiting to hear back from your INSURANCE CO. to ensure they will log it as an additional" - even though this has NOTHING to do with my insurance company. Their service is shocking, and the manager NEVER returns emails or calls. Avoid sending your car to this workshop. They don't care about you or your vehicle, just want to make a quick buck as usual! I'm beyond furious!
