STILL NO UNISA DELIVERY

Its been two weeks since I was supposed to receive my Unisa study material. I called your call centre last Wednesday and they said it will be dispatched on Thursday. I called Friday after not receiving it on Thursday and they said it was dispatched Friday morning and I will receive it sometime that day. Today is Monday I called in the morning and they said I will definitely receive it today by the end of the day with a driver named Shedrick or Fredrick I didn't catch the whole name but they gave me his cell phone number which I tried to call but the number I was given doesn't seem to exist. At 5pm I call again and the guy says it hasn't been dispatched at all but he took my number to give to a manager. How long to they expect me to wait for this! My assignments are reaching there due dates and I have no study material. I complained on Friday through Hello Peter on a different profile but all you have said is that you will look in to it. This is unacceptable!!! My waybill is UNP4158203. Have the decency to actually look in to it and send it out and not just say you will!!! This is the worst courier service I have ever dealt with!!!
