Poor service delivery

I am unhappy with the service i have been receiving form skynet regarding the delivery of my study material from UNISA since the 20th December 2012.
I have been dealing with Queen regarding this matter and she promised that my correct study material would be delivered on Friday 11 Jan 2012 in the morning. Last week i was referred to speak to Tumelo (manager) Skynet has delivered the incorrect study material that belongs to someone else and i have been requesting that this be rectified with absolutely no help till date.( Tumelo promised that it was going to be delivered the follwing morning)
i have now been waiting for a month to get my study material with no help, assignments are due and this is unacceptable service delivery
