My car Audi A4 DTM job 40362 has been at Longmeadow since early December 2012. I received it back on 14 May 2013 in a "tip-top" condition. Fanie insisted that it had gone for an Audi 80-point check at Audi Airport. NOT TRUE!!! The car went back the same day. After 6 weeks I was told to collect the car, this time it was double-checked by Martin, Fanie, it was now in 100% condition! The car went back early July and I am still waiting for it. My calls to Fanie is always "it's on it's way back from Audi. We will call you later." I still don't have it! Yesterday it was in the wash bay and Fanie will call me back immediately. I am still waiting for the call!!! I WILL NEVER let you touch any of my vehicles again. On 24th August I sent an email to Danmar. It was replied to within the hour by Roxane who promised that it will be "resolved once and for all". It's end of business Monday 29th and I still don't have my car. In fact I've not from them until I enquired earlier. They seem so non-chalant about eveything. I was promised a courtesy car by Fanie which has not happened. Never ever again.
