We applied for a Renault Clio 4 and we advised them that we will apply for finance at ABSA as well to see where we will get a better rate. We got a better rate at ABSA and thereafter were welcomed to bad attitude from Lorna. My husband asked her to email him copies of his pay slips she made him drive until there to collect it. She told him she cant send it to him as he is a third party due to FICA. She clearly thought we, how on earth is he a third party if its his own pay slips and he gave it to them? Then we were told by Donavan we can only get a white vehicle, we were never advised of the extras we could take like smash and grab tints, paint tech etc. Nevertherless we have now purchased the vehicle at another branch with many extras and received excellent service from all staff including the manager. Worst attitude and service I have ever received!
