CCD Couriers were supposed to deliver my new cheque card from FNB on 26 July 2013 between 08h00 and 10h00. At 10h30 I still did not recieve my package. I then contacted their call centre where a lady named Nhlanhla said that she will phone the driver and get back to me. I had to leave and was back at the office at 12h30. My colleagues informed me that the driver was here and will return at 14h00. I am still waiting for Nhlanhla to get back to me. The next thing, I got an sms from them stating that my card will only be delivered on the 29th of July.
After countless attempts to get hold of someone to speak to, I finally managed to speak to a supervisor named Melissa Pretorious at 16h45. I must admit that I weren't the easiest customer in the world at that time.
The way she handled this matter was extremely professional and she managed to calm me down instantly - wish my staff had that abillity.
She called back no more than 5 minutes later with a solution. I will recieve my package within the next two hours.
