On Monday 22nd July 2013, I took my car in to be repaired at your branch in Jet Park. I told them that everything was working perfectly but the car was not getting fuel, so it was something to do with the fuel pump. I phoned numerous times to see what the update on my car was and no one called me back. on Friday the
26 July 2013, I went to collect my car as they did not fix it, I had to pay in order for my car to be released.
Nothing had been fixed and my car had more things damaged/broken on it and I went back to the branch and your staff denied that they had broken anything.
I tried to call head office, but no one was available to take my call as everyone was away on conference.
No care is given to the client!!!
