Hi
On the 19th of July I was in an accident and my insurance company organized a courtesy car with Europcar, the car was then delivered to me on the 24th of July at 16: 20.
I and the agent who delivered the car only accessed the physical part of the Polo ViVo, when I drove the car home it was not stable, it was shaking when u reach 70kmph and then I called their centre, I was advised to take it back to my nearest branch and to why they can't come back to collect the unroadworthy car again as they delivered I don't know. Then I took the car to my nearest which was OR Tambo branch then had to pour full tank on the car which I didn't have a problem with. Then the Witbank branch called on on the 27th and advised that will come to collect the car, and now I called to get my fuel money R750.00 and I was told all the money will cover the extra 3 days I had the car and the fuel shortage.
I was only told that the R750 I paid was for the fuel and I will get it back provided their car comes back with full tank and now suddenly I cannot get my money because it covers others expenses which I was not advised. BEWARE WHEN YOU USE EUROPCAR
