I purchased a brand new fuel pump on 9/4/2013 at Renault wonderwaters. Fitted it at Wimpie Kidson on 10/4/2013 who is a former Co-Tech specialist of renault wonderwaters branch.
My pump is now only 27 days in my car and from day 1 it makes this rumbling and whining noise like a food processor powered by a jet engine. Since day 1, i drive my car for 15km and then when i shut it off, about 20 minutes later if i want to start it, it just keeps cranking. Now i removed the fuel line from the fuel rail to see if i have fuel pressure, and there was absolutely nothing when i let it crank into a bottle. The car has let me down everyday a few times a day and its just unacceptable as my car has just under 68000km on the clock.
Ronelle approached me nice and asked what i drive. I told her a megane sport. Her attitude and facial expression turned sour instantly! This is unacceptable! She also made it clear that they wont fit a new pump, but i mean, Wimpie is a renault specialist, and she also basically said he is an idi0t! He has 10 years experience, so if RenSA doesnt do anything, ill get carte blanche and go public and reveal Nathan's vendetta against RS owners and ALL RS owners will back me up!
