Friday 26 July 2013, my husband and I went to KFC at N1 City.
We were really disgusted at the service we received. We waited in the queue at the drive through for 25 minutes. When we FINALLY got to the front of the queue, we were told that we shouldn't even bother ordering crusher's because the machine is broken. When we asked why it was STILL broken, the cashier shrugged her shoulders & answered "who knows". We were a little disappointed as every time we go there, their machine is NEVER working. But we ordered our food in any case. When we went to the window to collect our food, we noticed the crusher machine was working, so my husband asked if the machine was broken. The lady told us that it is still broken. We asked if she knew when it would be fixed & she said "there are other people waiting for their food". We then drove to my sister's house who stays roughly 30 KM's away. When we got there, & unpacked the food, we found that the one lot of chicken was raw, the burger had no dressing & on top of it all the order was wrong & missing things that we ordered and paid for. We called the branch, & all they said was sorry, but they were very busy!!! Definitely won't buy KFC again!
