I am a Unisa student, My study material was dispatched on the 10 July 2013. It had arrived at the Elandsfontain warehouse on the 11/07/2013. I have been phoning everyday for the past week to enquire about the parcel. Skynet employees have been telling me that they would return my call and e-mail the warehouse manager. Today skynet employees complained to me as they don't know what to do. Elandsfontain doesn't respond to e-mails the manager Leon doesn't answer the phone. I was given his contact number 011 026 7622. I have tried calling it and no response
No one knows when? why? or how to get my package to me.
My parcel numbers are UNP4156783 and UNF1158839 . Its been 15 days. I cant afford a month. I feel like i should go with the South African post office next time.
