Appalling Service from Skynet for UNISA materials

I am a first student at UNISA for two of their short courses. My Course Material was sent by Skynet on 15th July 2013 for delivery within 4 working days. It has been 10 days since then and I have not yet received my material.

Someone from Skynet called me on Sunday 21st July 2013 that my package will be delivered that day, unfortunately I was not home at that time and I asked her if the package can be delivered on Monday or I can pick it up personally. The person said not to worry and that the material will be sent again on Monday.

I have been waiting since then, I have tried calling their Call Centre alteast 20 times and none of the times have I been able to speak to an agent. After putting me on hold for 10 minutes the system has the cheek to rate me for their performance!!

A humble appeal to someone in Skynet, please deliver my material or at least tell me where the collection centres are so that I can pick it up myself. As that information is not available on your website.

I live in Midrand and even if I had walked to UNISA, collected the study materials and walked back home; it would not have taken me 10 days.
