Appauling service and don't care attitude

Last week on 22nd May 2013 the I took my car in.for service @ Jeep Umhlanga, during which they discovered some part in.the gearbox was found to be faulty because I complained about a winding noise in the front. Brian Chetty advised that a replacement part should be with them in 3 days and will call me. Today (3rd June) seeing no one bothered to call me with progress on whether the spare part has arrived, I took the liberty to call them. Brian told the spare part has arrived and will take a couple of days to work on the car. I therefore requested a loan car because I use the car to travel to work and transport my child to school. He told he has no loan car and will only be available in 3 weeks! I turned to the service manager Paul Naidoo who to say the least left me in tears, He told me off, screaming at me telling me that if he doesn't have a loan car what is he supposed to do, he doesn't have a fleet of cars to loan out to customers. He will not even listen to me all I could hear were screams... Good luck to anyone who has to deal with Umhlanga service centrePaul was unbelievably RUDE and couldn't be bothered... the bad taste of his attitude lingers on my mouth.
