TATA XENON 2.2 DICOR NEW OR SECOND HAND???

I purchased a brand new Tata Xenon 2.2 from Imperial Eastrand during September 2012, this vehicle have been in for repairs 13 times up to date and must go back on 23/05/2013 again. Diesel leakage, oil, power steering fluid leak, anti freeze and water leak, clutch replacement, aircon repaired, rubbers in front doors replaced.
I reported the case to the Ombudsman, who informed me after 8 weeks they cannot help me, as Tata, or Accordian Investments are not registered with the MIO. Want to buy a TATA, THINK AGAIN, STAY AWAY!
From the start I was told by theit customer care, they do not supply loan vehicles when the vehicle is in for repairs.
Not one of Tata representatives wants to talk to me, and they refuse to accept any calls or make appointments for a meeting. The ombudsman say that they understaff and cant cope in a hopeless situation.
STAY AWAY FROM TATA!!! I was referred to the National Consumer Commissioner, who I did send the full complaint to, I am waiting for a response.
