OVER PROMISE UNDER DELIVER

I WILL NEVER BUT NEVER USE THIS COURIER PEOPLE AND WONT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THEM

I paid OVER R6000 for overnight delivery from Durban to Steelpoort,

Eddie promised me that my goods will be delivered the next day, at 15:00, I phoned the 15:15, and they didnt even supply me a waybill number, NOW they tell me my goods will only be here tomorrow after 14:00,

MY client is furious and I am going to loose big business because of AEROSPEED!!!

this is absolutely not acceptable!!! I AM MAD OUT OF MY HEAD!!!
