We bought 9 Tracking units from Obitrax Telematics Solutions via a finance house (Custom Capital). After the contract was signed and the finance house paid them their service levels deteriorated. We have had endless problems over the last two years with units down, no signal, panics not working etc.
We are unable to access their website and as a result cannot track or monitor our vehicles and drivers.
We have on numerous occasions contacted Obitrax and Ryan telephonically and via e-mail to come and rectify our problems but all we get a very delayed response if we are lucky or no response at all.
Obitrax has left us feeling very frustrated & cheated considering we are still paying for the units as well as the service that was supposed to go with it.
We feel an obligation to warn other transport operators to stay away from OBITRAX TELEMATICS AND RYAN ROBERTSON as you will be disappointed.
