I bought my 1st unit from All in one in Dec 2009 (even though I am no longer sure what the company's name is since it seems to change and so does their contact details - used [Email Removed] i [Email Removed] [Email Removed] etc).
I was so impressed with the price, I referred everyone I know, and my brother in law ended up buying 4 units just the next month.
We bought a house and bought our 2nd unit Nov 2010. I then bought an additional 2 units (which was sold 2nd hand to me but under the guarantee that it will be guaranteed for 6 months) mid Mar 2011.
Exactly 2 months later we informed them the units were tripping power etc (a sign of faulty compressors). They confirmed the compressors were faulty and proceeded to replace the one, but we were told our bond could not proceed as no NHBRC certificate existed. We immediately asked them to remove all the units so we could reinstall them when we buy again, and were promised once reinstalled, the units would be replaced. They our gas, and when we reinstalled (at a price) in Mar 2012, we were promised the compressors would be replaced. Regardless of several mails and calls, we are still waiting.
