I purchased a car from Hyundai Cresta in February this year. It took 2 weeks for me to receive the car and get the paperwork done, despite this being a 2nd hand car on their floor. It took many more weeks after receiving the car to get the registration papers and a cheque for the amount owing to me. On 23 April I was contacted by the FNI, Wesley, requesting me to resign all the finance documents as the car is a 2011 and not a 2012 as advised at the time of purchase. I then requested for this deal to be cancelled. and was told that his manager Joe Barns is too busy to deal with me now. To date I have had no further response from Hyundai Cresta. No one returns my calls despite several messages being left for them. During the time I purchased the car Joe Barns had same bad attitude. I am not prepared to sign any more documents or do business with a company that has no respect or regard for a customer. I just want this deal cancelled!
